Keith is a dynamic and wonderful realtor!!! I lived on the East Coast & located a property that was for sale by owner on the internet. Keith was listed as a one of realtors to contact. He's knows the lake, builders and people. He researched the property & quickly responded that the property was tied up in a renter/owner situation. He located the owner and provided me the opportunity to see the home with the "valid" seller. He went way out of his way to set this up. I opted to look at other properties while at the lake the same day. I explained what my husband and I probably needed versus wanted.
