Keith is a dynamic and wonderful realtor!!! I lived on the East Coast & located a property that was for sale by owner on the internet. Keith was listed as a one of realtors to contact. He's knows the lake, builders and people. He researched the property & quickly responded that the property was tied up in a renter/owner situation. He located the owner and provided me the opportunity to see the home with the "valid" seller. He went way out of his way to set this up. I opted to look at other properties while at the lake the same day. I explained what my husband and I probably needed versus wanted. We found the perfect villa on the lake and he continued to work with us on outstanding issues like boat slips, HOAs, inspections since we were out out of state. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Keith was very professional from the 1st contact to us to the very end always asking what we wanted and the perimeters. He offered to preview any homes in advance if we needed him to. He texted , he emailed he called. He found the perfect home and quality of home we were looking for and in our price range. He put us in contact with a mortgage company that was outstanding as well.
